Twisted Steel Extension w/ Ring Handle (48" Length)

I ordered a chimney sweep brush and found my rodes would not work so I called supply house direct explained I needed rodes to go with my brush. I received rodes that would not work. I returned both items and then had to call to check if they received them and was told yes and refund would be issued. A refund was issued but not for correct amount.I again called and was told a correction was being made on my refund but I haven't received a email confirming the fix and it is too early to see my bill. I tried to get the rodes for the brush when I called for the refund and they couldn't find the correct rodes and suggested I call the company myself. This was not a option as far as I was concerned why didn't they call the company and why didn't the first person not know the rodes were wrong. Not away to run a business.
