I used this as an access door to my whole house water shutoff located in my shed. Worked out great, added a knob to ensure it would open quickly in an emergency. I only use one of the 3 latches to keep it closed. Very sturdy and weighty metal. Good value.

This is a commercial quality heavy steel door. Price is excellent, no outstanding for the quality of this product. If you have any doubts about this product, drop them, buy it, you will be happy you did. I mounted it in the ceiling going to my attic. Thank God I didnt cheap out on a plastic one. Built to last
