Excessive flux but otherwise sound
The manifold had an excessive amount of flux that was quite difficult to clean. As this was intended for a home water supply manifold it would have been nice to have a little cleaner manifold straight out of the box. I also purchased several other 4-outlet manifolds which had no flux excess.

QC Problems
The first one of these I ordered took 5 weeks and arrived missing one of the 3/4" pipe inserts. I returned it and received a second one...with the same issue. I requested a replacement and when it arrived it also had the same issue, despite being told that SupplyHouse would open it and verify it was complete before sending it out.
Takeaways:
1) There are QC issues at Sioux Chief.
2) Don't trust people who don't use the product to know when it is/is not complete.
3) If you get something incomplete, hold on to it for a few days until you get the replacement.
In the end, I took the remaining insert from #2 and used it to make #3 complete so I could get my work done. THEN I returned #2.
