- Frame Extension (696-EX): extends box face for installations thicker than 1/2" drywall
- Solid Frame Insert (696-SC): can be cut as desired to fit around gas lines for flush cover
- Box/frame can be painted or wallpapered and has a modern beveled frame
- Iron Pipe test plug included in each gas box installation kit.
- Residential, commercial, and industrial direct connect application include: gas range, wall heater, water heater, garage heater supply, furnaces, laundry washers and dryers.

Quality box
I bought two of these and one of them came without the mounting strap but I wasn't using the straps anyway. I also noticed the holes in the strap didn't line up with the holes in the ears on the box, so if I needed to use them it wouldn't have worked very well. Overall I am happy with them though for my application.

Very clean looking product in the finished space
This makes an ugly gas line look really sharp. You will never see it but when your client looks behind the appliance they will know it is quality work seeing this instead of just a stub out. Easy to install and really robust. I will use these anytime I am making a gas connection

Nice product, right size and sturdy
