Sioux Chief 822 series adjustable floor cleanout shall be used where necessary
in drainage systems. Cleanout shall have an 18 gauge stainless steel deck/
mounting flange and ABS/PVC body with Sch. 40 hub connection. Cleanout shall
allow adjustment of ¾" above the deck flange. Scoriated cleanout cover shall be
meet applicable load requirements for intended use. Cleanout body shall include
a sealing plug with raised square head to prevent escape of sewer gas. Designed
in accordance with ASME A112.36.2M.

It's good for new construction, but for existing concrete difficult to connect the trap primer adapter.
