I wouldn't buy them again
I tried these on the exact model floor clean out that they're supposed to be for and it did not work out as the vague directions which really aren't any demonstrate they are shims and tapered and you can stack them for a total of about 3/8 of an inch, but it's only gonna it doesn't allow for all the screw holes to be utilized. It only gives you two screws which are about 3/8 inch longer. If you have a way of work making this product work on a floor drain or a clean out I'd love to know how but in my opinion this is a waste of time and money. You're better off digging the drain up and raising it somehow.
