piping size is 1/2,,
Good day, if I remember correctly (it's has been a few years...) it is 1/2 inch. I put a reducer on my 3/4 inch pipe and then back to 3/4 when I installed it. There has not been any issues since I installed it. Patrick Grégoire
The BTU output is determined by fluid temperature and flow rate. Refer to the chart at the link below for full ratings. http://s3.pexsupply.com/manuals/1297699253351/47544_PROD_FILE.pdf
The noise from our Kickspace heater is barely noticable. On Low it is almost silent; on High it is noticeable, but not loud. Sorry I can't provide a technical answer, but, we are very pleased with the unit.
Good day, it's not very noisy however you can hear it. It'nothing mutch and it doesn't bother us. I would recommend the heater. Patrick Grégoire
The fan noise is no problem and you also have the slow speed Its also reassuring to know the heat is on.
Yes, that spacing will be fine.
You will need a diverting tee if you are tapping into an existing line (i.e. retrofitting).
With a kick space heater, you will probably need somewhere between 30 and 45 BTUs per square foot. The actual total in any case will depend on the heat loss of the room/house.
