Can be a great flush valve.
These are great flush valves for low water pressure situations. The problem is Sloans quality control.
This has been an ongoing problem for us. 50% of these valves work great out of the box. The other 50% need a rebuild kit right out of the box. They also come beat up looking like a used valve so plan on that.
