Works in urinal and water closet both/either
After some research on the Sloan website, I decided that the A-41-A would serve two purposes for my application.. I service some small churches in the southern Appalachia. My experience is that well meaning mechanically inclined parishioners will try and maintain their plumbing apparatuses to hold down maintenance expenses. I find 1" flush valves bushinged down to 3/4" and used on these older style urinals which normally use a 3/4 flush valve. The A41A will work in W/C and urinal both so you don't need to guess about which kit to drop in for the mismatched valve on the urinal. And in like scenario for older flush valve toilets. The price is right here at Supplyhouse.com on these drop in repair kits.
