Highly recommend
This worked perfect to soft start a resilient base 1 HP 230 volt single phase motor on a belt driven exhaust fan that was tearing up the resilient rubber rings over time, trying to get the fan wheel spinning at the start.

Disappointing Results
Unit quit working properly. Called the manufacturer and they said it's only designed to cycle 5 times per hour. It's on a well pump. Try taking a shower on a pump that only cycles 5 times per hour. Heck, the backflow flush on my charcoal well filter cycles more than that. It kicks on 3 times in a row twice (a day apart) like every 8 days.
That being said, Supply House shipping and order processing was simply OFF THE HOOK! Delivery arrived within days of my order. I think I ordered it on a Thursday after lunch and it was in my PO box by Monday afternoon. And my postal folks don't stock items in PO boxes that arrive after 10:30 am, which means they had it Monday morning. Incredible service not often seen these days. I've definitely put them at the top of my "Go To" list!

Works for Inclinator Elevator
Wired this up to minimize the jolt on a residential elevator. Leeson 1.5hp 230V motor. Needed three auxiliary relays to pull in the brake and to power the soft start along with either the up or down reversing contactor.
