Tempra 24 is making hot water again.
My Tempra 24 is back in action after the original one failed after 3 years. I was able to reset it a couple of times before it failed. In hindsight, I should have cleaned the unit more often, I will in the future. Easy to install. Just make sure you take pics before you go disconnecting wires. Very pleased so far with my hot water.

Flimsy
Did not correct my problem and one of the connections broke off during installation. Not surprised you have so many in stock. This is the second time with two units these have malfunctioned. Need an improved product.

As advertised
Product was delivered on the date advertised, plus a tracking number was provided. In addition to the ordered thermostat ("safety thermal cut out"), SupplyHouse also provided instructions for installing it in the instant-on Stiebel Eltron water heater.
Kudos to SupplyHouse for making it a quick, painless experience to order online--yes, such should be routine nowadays, but I find it increasingly to be less and less the case with most sites.
