Leak Lock PVC Cement is a quick-setting, one-step PVC cement designed for performance in both wet and dry conditions, particularly in situations requiring rapid pressurization. It consolidates functionality by replacing over a dozen other products, including the need for a primer. Suitable for various PVC pressure pipes, including Sch. 80 up to 6", and non-pressure pipes up to 8" in diameter, it is capable of withstanding pressures up to 300 PSI. It offers a swift partial cure in just 20 seconds, reaching a complete cure in 24 hours. Suitable for a range of temperatures, including below 0F (-18C) and above 120F (49C), and is potable water safe when cured.
Applications
- Ideal for various PVC pressure and non-pressure pipes in a range of temperatures.
- No primer required.
How to Use
- Apply: Apply PVC Cement to the inside of the connector and outside of the tube - no primer is required.
- Connect: Immediately push together the two pieces of tube and twist 90 degrees.
- Wait: Wait at least 20 seconds for a partial cure. Full cure after 24 hours.
