The compact 5121 mixing valve is certified to ASSE 1070, CAS B125.3, NSF 61 and is listed by ASSE, CSA and IAPMO. The ASSE 1070 listing allows for point of use applications within homes, hospitals, schools, nursing homes, public facilities, etc. where a 1070 valve is required.

Application:

The 5121 Mixing Valve is a compact thermostatic valve designed to deliver tempered water at constant temperatures. It is specifically intended for use with individual faucets whenever an ASSE 1070 valve is required. The valves design and advanced thermostatic element ensures a stable mixed water temperature throughout the valves adjustable range and when used within the valves specifications.
