So I'm not sure why this plastic part broke in the original after 2 years or less, but there was no other place to get the exact matching part. The shipping tripled the cost of the part so it's a huge cost for a tiny part that anyone could gerry-rig - but I wanted to have the exact part for the owner. Other than cost, part is perfect, shipping and information about shipping good, speed of delivery and packaging also good.

This isn't a part I anticipated ever replacing, but after relocating my water heater I found that the old one was permanently bonded to the coupling I had screwed onto it and decided to replace it rather than wait for that coupling to fail from the acidic water at an inconvenient time. Supply House had it in stock, it was shipped inexpensively and quickly. I'm very happy.

After I accidently kicked the drain line and broke this fitting, it started to drip. First, I was impressed that Supplyhouse has repair parts for these heaters in their product line. Second, that it was listed with the manufacturers part number so I could look it up on their website using the manufacturers parts list. The cost was appropriate for the part, not wildly over-priced. When it arrived, the replacement process was a lot easier than it could have been. I had to remove the control board to have access but all the cables have unique plugs so it was straightforward and pretty fast. Overall it took me less than an hour to do the replacement and I am very meticulous (or as my business partner says "Slow"). Afterwards no leak. It's been a month, still no phone calls from the client.
