i would buy it again if needed
my takagi tk jr2-in tankless stop working out of the blues, check unit and foud trouble code 61 that means in tankless water heater lingo fanblower is no bueno (no good) so i remove it and inspected, and i can see the burnt marks on it, did not think anything of it, so i got my ace in the hole, (supplyhouse,) and order one, and installed on unit it was a breeze minutes later wife is happy, and im happy. of course being the hero of the house i did not conducted further testing or inspections on a takagi tk jr2 from 2008 and you guessted what happens a week and half later.

Fan works great, solved my problem. I took the motor out of the housing and replaced in the old housing. Much easier than taking the whole thing out.
