This product is part of the Nema Pressure Switches range, an offer of electromechanical pressure switches. Their efficient design uses durable, low mass components for excellent performance under heavy duty vibration and shock conditions.

The 9012G pressure switches line offers devices with either diaphragm or piston actuators for optimum life, versatility, and speed of operation. The pressure switch with an approximate adjustable differential at mid range of 6psi to 30psi and a maximum pressure of 475psi. 9012G machine tool switches are available in Open, NEMA 1, NEMA 4, and NEMA 7, 9 enclosures. This switch has a diaphragm actuator which can be operated from any position, adjustable differential scale for internal settings and regulation of 2 thresholds. Offers mechanical durability of about 5 million operating cycles. Pressure switches are used in a wide variety of applications such as compressed air systems, stamping presses, HVAC equipment, automatic grinders, chillers, welders, pumping systems, process equipment, machine tools and molding machines.

It is suitable for pressure controlling or monitoring of water pumps, compressors, agricultural/irrigation water systems, moulding presses, injection moulders, grinding machines, machining centres, complex and special machines. It is a NEMA 4/4X/13 rated product. This product is certified by CE, CSA and UL. Meets UL 508 standards.
