I would not use this product again
I am using the float for tank level control, and I never exceeded the recommended amp draws, however it failed within 10months.
Durability is the main concern

Amazing Products and Service!
This is one of the main float switch assemblies that we stock here at our business. It is great to have a vendor that not only has them at a great price, but also typically has them in stock and ships out fast. They have the common options that this part comes in also. The items have never arrived in bad condition as Supply House does a good job of packaging their materials for shipments. If you need parts for the HVAC business, This is where you want o go!

Float Switch fits perfectly and works well.
The addition of weights inside the float is a great idea. Prior float switch (probably 30 years old) would sometimes get stuck in the up position. This should help solve this issue.
