susceptible to shipping damage, but great product
If you have one of these its always a good idea to order or have a replacement blower fan handy, 1 drop of the box and the unit can be DOA. Unit works, rarely have unit out of balance when box isn't damaged.

SS-1 motor assembly
I can say that it didn't take long to get and the price was good. When I opened the package, the squirrel cage was bent and I couldn't use it. I ended up using the old one.

Eventually this product worked fine.
I only give a 3* as the first motor I received was damaged beyond repair. The second, after my recommendations that it be checked before sending and adequately packages, was great and once installed worked as should. The service from SupplyHouse was extremely helpful and professional throughout.

Customer service is great OEM packaging is poor
Supply House customer service is excellent!!!! The packaging from Tjernlund was poor. Wheel was bent when received. Supply House packaging was un damaged. Supply House over nighted another part quickly. Would buy from supply House again.
