Prompt and thorough response
Was looking for a field charger for a system that is quite a few years old. My own searches were leading nowhere so on whim I emailed customer service at SupplyHouse and they responded within 12 hours. Ordered the part they recommended which is a perfect fit for a decent price. Totally satisfied with my experience and grateful for their expert advice and quick turnaround.

No, I am NOT "enjoying my product"
First shipment arrived mangled (it had to have been shipped in this condition, as the box it came in was undamaged). Returned for replacement. The second shipment also arrived mangled (including the box this time).
Cut my losses and got a refund. The only reason my rating is two stars and not one is because the Customer Service dept. was great in dealing with this problem. But their Shipping Dept. doesn't have a clue how to ship things, especially fragile items like a field charger.

Field Charger
Order was taken, filled and shipped quickly. Replacement charging unit fit perfectly in my electronic filter and, combined with the filter replacement a few months ago, unit is now working like new.
