Great customer service, had to call because the website had my model wrong when entering. Very good technical support. Product came in and works as should its three week later and 100 degrees the last couple of days my house is cool. Saved $800 from having a company put it in.

The Supply House team asked for information ensuring the part was correct for the application. The part was correct and is working as intended. Other suppliers recommended the wrong part and inaccurate descriptions requiring returning the part. Trane customers will be more than happy with Supply House. Trane makes it difficult to go outside of their network.

Getting it to work was as easy as 1, 2, shlt, dropped a screw, oh well, probably wasn't important.

Everything worked out well.....the motor arrived early......the mechanic is a friend.....we went fishing that morning.....put the motor in in less than an hour......back in service......excellent!

Shipping was very fast / customer service very helpful to ensure item was a match for my a/c condenser. Installation of blower motor was plug and play and worked as expected.

Coil fan motor went tits up on my old Trane heat pump. Shopped lower priced, not exact replacements, "this motor will fit your unit but…) motors. Supply House phone guy zeroed me right in on exact replacement. It was pricey BUT! It was bolt on, plug in and done. Summer heat can be and is dangerous! I'm not worried if I wired it up correctly. Ordered it and I believe 3 days I had it on my heat pump.

Purchased to replace a failed outdoor fan motor on a 13-year old Trane XL15i, model 4TWX5036A1000AA. It was a plug & play install. Routing the cable through the outdoor unit's sheet metal was the only slightly tricky part. I'd recommend having a helper available when lining up the four mounting bolts and threading the nuts. It runs perfectly and seems a bit quieter than the original motor. The first motor received was damaged in shipment. But Supply House accepted full responsibility. A few minutes after my call they issued an RMA and shipped a replacement the next day. So I'm satisfied with both the product and customer service.

Works perfect. Saved me about 1300 dollars doing it myself. I will buy all trane parts from supply house. Always correct part the first time.
