Useless
This thermostat does not stay connected to WIFI. The connection lasts about a week then disconnects. When manually reconnecting the system is so slow, it takes forever. A real electronic dinosaur. I wish I could use google or other real brandname thermostats.

I would definitely buy this again
I have had this XL 1050 Comfortlink II Thermostat (Nexia) since I upgraded my HVAC system. It took a long time for my HVAC guy to set it up but I have had few problems with it and I love. The only thing you have to understand is that if you have power interuption or brown out it will shut down and give an error message that translates to low voltage to protect the unit. All you need to do is turn off the thermostat then through the breakers for the HVAC and wait 15 minutes then reverse the process. This is a complete reboot of your system. I have those instruction next to my air handler in the basement which is near by breaker box. No biggy.

Always have what i need
Found Supplyhouse recently when i just couldnt find any of the parts i needed to finish jobs and they had them in stock and shipped to me quickly. Also got a nice hat/shirt for joining Trademaster will definitely be using Supply house for our business needs!

I would NOT recommend this product
Very unreliable thermostat with problems the manufacturer is aware of. Since 2017 I have had this thermostat replace at least 4 times. The longest one has lasted is about a year. Now waiting on another replacement.

I would not Buy this product
Waiting on my 3rd replacement since it was installed on new house and HVAC system 15 months ago. Has failed 3 times. I expect either poor quality hardware and sensors or bad software that gets pushed to this unit automatically is causing the failure. I am now waiting on replacement for over 2 weeks as my dealer indicates there have been supply chain issues, when I asked about changing to a different manufacturer, I was told that the Trane system I have communicates to this thermostat with a "D" wire and other thermostat are not compatible. Over 90 degrees out today and Still no AC due to this being poor quality and only option for my Trane multi zone system.
