My Good Timing Backed Up By Reliable Delivery
My draft inducer blower had been making more and more noise, so before I went on a business trip, I ordered a new one from Supply House. When I returned home 2 days later at midnight, my wife asked why the house was so cold. Sure enough, the inducer blower had failed earlier that day. Fortunately, the new one from Supply House had been delivered on time as promised, so I installed it in about 30 minutes in the middle of the night and my house has been warm ever since.

Got the product with bent squirrel cage wheel. It caused vibrations, noise and would eventually damage to the bearings. Product came without hard box. It was packed in just plastic bag even without any bubble wrap. So damage was caused by pure packaging by manufacturer. So I took chances to correct. I would send it back, but time was important. I was able to straighten it and installed successfully. Supplyhouse packed it well, but damage was done probably before that

Got the product with slightly bent fan wheel.
Got the product with bent squirrel cage wheel. It caused vibrations, noise and would eventually damage to the bearings. Product came without hard box. The first one I got, the fan was out of balance. I called, explained what the problem was, they sent out a new one along with a pre addressed label to ship the defective one back. I installed the new one and it works great.
