American made

These fittings are #1 in my book . NEVER had a problem with American made fittings.The only fittings I use even though they cost more.

Shiniest, specialty "T" I've ever seen

Well, since the threads were straight and the tightening easy, I would say, including price, that your 3/4X1/2x3/4 "T" was "rare", and that the stupid bushing I didn't have to use didn't matter because I didn't have to use it.
