Warning
If you're thinking of rebuilding a unit that's been outdoors don't do it. I ordered a new unit from SupplyHouse after waiting for this on back order. Thank God I did. My old one has been in a Christie box outdoor in California in moderate snow country for 20 years. I took the old exact one apart after putting the new one in. The screws were welded over the years, one sheared. They were completely corroded anyway. The center of the unit would not come apart after opening the case It would have been a huge mistake and I dodged that bullet. I hope this helps someone.
