Rebuilt of Watts 1" mixing valve
Overall it took about one hour to complete. The hard part was removal of bottom cap. It required liquid wench to be sprayed from the inside as the cap had on "O" ring. Once done it was easier to remove. It now awaits use for 1/6 cost of new unit valve.
