6" 957RPDA-OSY-CFM-FS Reduced Pressure Detector Assembly w/ Flood Sensor Connectivity

This 6" reduced pressure detector backflow preventer assembly help stop the reverse flow of liquids due to backpressure or backsiphonage, where potential health hazard exists. Extremely compact and lighter than traditional designs it is approved for horizontal installation. This assembly consists of a stainless steel body with a quick access sleeve, torsion spring check valves, resilient seated gate valves with outside stem and yoke, test cocks, corrosive resistant bottom mounted pressure relief valve, and comes furnished with a cubic feet per minute meter to detect underground leaks and unauthorized water use. This backflow assembly contains an integrated flood sensor with SentryPlus Alert® technology to detect excessive water discharges from the relief valve. When activated through an add-on sensor connection kit, the flood sensor relays a signal that triggers notification of potential flooding to service personnel. Sensor activation requires purchase of an activation kit which can be connected to existing building and irrigation management systems.
