pump came with unneeded PVC pipe and 2 check valves
My reason for rating only 4 stars is that the replacement pump arrived with unneeded items (unnecessary cost) including 2 check valves and the pre-assembled PVC "Y" that would be needed if I had only 1 sump well. (I have 2 wells.) I'd suggest providing more value to your customer by offering the replacement pump by itself.
I purchased the ESP25 (original version) in Jan 2016 and the battery powered pump failed within 5 years. Wayne Pump specified the replacement pump as the 60198-WYN1, which is what I ordered from SupplyHouse.com. The replacement pump plugged right in and worked fine--although due to it being a different design and physical size, the PVC plumbing had to be slightly re-sized.
PS: I downgraded another star due to the dozens of pages of "Privacy Policy" I was required to submit to in order to post this review which SupplyHouse requested. (I didn't bring my attorney to this review--why did they?)

I would definitely buy from this company again
We have a battery backup sump pump in our house and needed a new pump for it. Supply House was recommended by the manufacturer. Their pricing was comparable and the even included the PVC connectors and new back flow prevention valves. Our product arrived before the due date and we were very happy with the service we received from this product.

Larger than the original pump that came with ESP25
This pump is bigger than the obsoleted pump that went into the ESP25 backup system. Fit into the well with the main pump, but it was a tight fit.
