Hot side valve ball stem no longer turns ball valve 15mos
I keep buying replacement valves for my Rinnai tankless hot water heater because after a year or at most a few years the hot water output side valve ball stem no longer turns the ball. Although I can't get inside to see what's wrong, turning the handle feels like the shaft is no longer connected to the ball. The cold side inlet valve never seems to have a problem. Very pricey to have to replace these (last one lasted 15 months), especially since you have to buy both hot and cold valves just to the the hot I need.

I would buy this product again, if needed
It was used on a Noritz tankless water heater. Previous valve had developed a small leak over the years. Replacement product was exactly what I required.
