Blower Assembly Kit for VHE Boilers, 510-312-317

This is an authentic Weil-McLaine blower assembly. Over 8 years ago, the original for the furnace failed; you delivered on-time and we were warm again. After years, the blower assembly failed--in the middle of the coldest polar vortex we've had this year in Chicago. You got the replacement to us in two days, through blizzards and frigid cold--and we're warm again. The price was higher than almost a decade ago--but sensible, and fair.

My original draft motor fried after a squirrel got in the draft vent and was lodged in the fan. Without having any prior experience in heating or cooling systems, I was able to pull out the old and splice in the new in just 2 hours. Fired right up no problem and works great! Highly recommend!

My furnace had issues last winter due to inadequate pressure drop across the heat exchanger. After 30 years of operation, the blower was suspect and I thought of getting a new furnace. After taking the old blower off and inspecting the furnace, I decided to do a rebuild first and replaced the blower which renewed the pressure drop. I then replaced the pressure switch and burner tubes plus a new igniter element, and the furnace runs like new. I would have liked the blower to have lubrication tubes, but hopefully after 30 years lubrication technology is better. In the end, less than $500 in parts vs. $5000+ for a new furnace.

Needed replacement blowers quickly, Supply House had the item, the quantity that I needed. Shipment was outstanding, had the material next day and was able to put two units back in service immediately, avoiding any downtime to our customer.

NO problem - it went in like a glove!!

Came home from work one night, to fine my home feeling like a ice box. There was also a smell of something electrical burning. I investigated, only to find that the blower motor on my, weil mclain boiler had burnt out ( MODEL VHE-4). As I had previously replaced, the flame sensor and the igniter, both purchased from, supply house. I came back to this site to purchase the motor. It came quickly, I installed it, and my boiler was back up and running. Installation instructions came with it, that made it very easy to get the job done. My boiler is running much better now than it did with the original motor. It is also much quieter that before.
