Blower Wheel For HE, HE-II Boilers, 510-312-322

This blower wheel is a perfect fit for a 30 year old Weil McLain HE II boiler. Was replacing the old inducer motor because of failed bearings. Was unable to remove the old rusted blower wheel and had to sawzall the old motor shaft to remove the blower wheel. Good quality replacement blower wheel.

I needed a replacement blower wheel for a furnace at one of my apartments. I took the unit out and saw the blades had rotted off the wheel. I went to the local plumbing supply and was told none of the distributors they use have any in stock and it may take a few weeks to come in. Some plumbers that were in the store suggested to buy the entire asm. which was over $500.00 and would also take a while to come in. They said it was easier than dealing with getting the wheel off the old unit. The clerk quietly gave me the web site for supplyhouse .com and told me it would be cheaper and be there in 2 days. I went on the site and found the blower wheel was in stock. I ordered it and it was here in 2 days. While it was a pain to remove the wheel, I saved hundreds after all was said and done. And for the record Supplyhouse .com does sell the entire unit for $100 less than my local store. Thanks

They have improved this wheel over the original to prevent the failure. Also added a convenience access hole for the setscrew. Nice to see a manufacturer who is paying attention!

First of all, great service, item arrived next day. Appeared to be well packed but, fan wheel hub bent and motor mounts bent. Straightned out mounts and called for replacement fan wheel. Arrived next day,installed but could not get rid of vibration. Called for replacement unit, arrived next day. Upon unpacking noticed fan wheel bent AGAIN. Replaced with the replacement fan wheel formerly received, all good now. Customer service outstanding but packing care and or qc lacking. Unit cost almost $300, should be free of defects.
