White-Rodgers 750 mV Generator

My gas fireplace insert is 30 years old and has been wonderfully reliable. But ceases to light the main burner every 5 to 7 years, so I replace the millivolt generator which I have always ordered from SupplyHouse, com. They've always been there and able to furnish the same unit for me!

It works to keep the pilot light on.

This works perfectly with my William Wall Furnace to keep the pilot light on. Thanks a lot!

Worked Fine

Same manufacturer and model as the original in gas insert. Relative to the original, an additional 1/16" is exposed to the pilot flame. The unit comes with two fork connectors. I replaced one of those with a female spade connector for my application. Easy to do with a soldering iron. The original took a couple of minutes to acheive ~385 mv; the new one takes less than a minute to acheive ~525 mv. My pilot light was constantly going out; it now stays lit. My actual flame took a few seconds to come up; it comes right up now. Seems to have taken care of my issues.

This product is a peice cramp

Installed part in my wall heater and it worked for less than a week. It degraded to the point that it only generated 470 milli volts which was enough operate the pilot but not the heater manifold.

Perfect replacement for my old RV DouTherm Furnace

I spent months trying to get a replacement Thermopile for my Duo-Therm furnace. I was told nothing was available and would need to replace the furnace.

Good product, shipping was meh.

In my application, the old unit could just be wiggled and pulled out of the bracket that holds both the pilot nozzle and the thermocouple; no unbolting or unscrewing. Then the new unit may pushed into place.
