GREAT SHIPPING

Exact replacement of the old thermostat that lasted 15+ years in a very dusty environment, I should expect the same with this one.I saved $30.00 with Supply House ,I ordered this product on Friday and it was in my hand at noon on Monday Thank you

Inacurate; Poor temperature control

I use this thermostat in a room heating and cooling application. It turns on/off a fan within the unit. The mark on the control knob is off by about 7 degrees. When I set the thermostat, the tempereture fluctuates by 5 degrees as the fan goes on and off. Impossible to find a comfortable setting. It is better than having no thermostat at all.

Nice when calibrated properly

It's pretty hard to find line voltage thermostats. This one is particularly nice for workshops where the adjustment range goes all the way down to 36. This is handy as when I'm not in the shop, I like to keep it just above freezing. The only downside is my original unit was not calibrated very well. When set at 36F, the shop stayed around 50F. Pexsupply allowed me to exchange the unit. The new one is much closer, and when set at 36, seems to keep the temperature around 40F. I am happy with this purchase.

Need More Info on Website

Luckily, when I purchased this product I only really needed the cover since the temperature gauge on my original one broke. I say that because my contractor was prepared to replace the entire unit, but when we opened the box, we noticed that the portion that has HEAT/OFF/COOL" was not attached. I called Customer Service and was informed that the piece that was missing was a separate piece that needed to be purchased separately. I think that if this is the case, it should be mentioned somewhere on the page when someone looks to purchase the thermostat.
