Exactly what I needed
This valve is on a twenty gallon stainless steel cooker in my business. When the original broke I was not sure if I could even get this part since the cooker is almost 10 years old. This valve does an excellent job at regulating the lp gas and keeping my cooker running efficiently. I am thrilled to be able to find it here and the party came in fast. I will definitely be recommending this site to any one I know in need of specialty parts for these kinds of applications.

One of the pilot connections is now on the bottom of the unit (formerly on the right side), which makes it impossible to install due to inadequate space underneath.

This was not the replacement for my valve.
Although the sales person said this was the listed replacement for my 764-201 valve it did not fit within the space available no matter how I tried to orient it because of the second inlet on the bottom (label side up) which my 201 did not have. Having tried to fit it several ways of course it and associated parts no longer presented them selves as new and unused and therefore unreturnable. A hundred dollars latter and I still have no solution to make my fireplace work again. I can't find anywhere that have catalog specifications to cross reference an different valve that will work. Got any suggestions?

Q: I have a Gas fireplace that has a valve that looks just like this valve. Unlike other Gas Fireplaces I've had this one sounds like a furnace and has to large of flame. I'm guessing the valve I have is setup for natural Gas not propane which is the type of Fuel I'm using. If I purchase this Gas Valve does it come with Orifices for both types of fuel ?
