Product received didn't match the OEM documentation
Product received only contained 1 spring. The OEM installation instructions and the document that shipped with the spring indicates that this kit should contain 2 springs (see Figure 2. Contents of kit). My gas valve needs 2 springs, the kit shipped with 1 instead of 2 as advertised; my project is delayed, need to purchase another kit, pay for shipping again... If your valve needs to springs, be cautious.

Good phone help, fast delivery
The only problem with my order was that the description said there were 2 gas regulator springs, and my package only had 1. This was a problem of the manufacturer, not you, and luckily my regulator only required 1 spring. Thank you.
