Omni Digital Vacuum Gauge with 1/4" Coupler

I bought this because its small and looks really cool. These are not able to handle even a little bit of moisture. As techs who are often outside during all weather conditions we need reliable gear that can handle inclemental weather. I've killed two of these units within 1 years time. I'll go back to my original JB vacuum gauge set still in use after 7 years which is under the same outdoors conditions.

Operation of the unit is not self explaining. It's menu driven but lacks an "Enter" button, so after you've scrolled through it's options there doesn't appear to be a way to accept the change you've wanted. For example, if you want to activate the beeper to notify you that the target level has been reached, there's a symbol of a speaker with a bar through it. Using the "Display" button you can remove the bar but there appears to be no way of making it stay that way. The instructions that come with it or online do not show how to make these changes. There is also a red light that blinks but doesn't appear to do anything. I would not recommend this unit.
