This motor seems to have too much runout on the shaft and causes the blower wheel to wobble which is making the blower create more noise than it should. At first I assumed it was a problem with the blower wheel (the wobble may have caused the bearing in the old motor to fail) and ordered a new blower wheel. When the new wheel was installed on this motor the problem persisted. I measured the new motor shaft runout with a dial indicator and was seeing .001 just before the flat notch started. Near the end of the shaft I was seeing several mils of variation of the round side of the shaft.
Other than that it fit well into the existing motor bracket and the wiring was straight forward.
