I would place another with them
My a/c stopped working and my house got up in the mid 90's. I looked at having an repair guy come out. The minimum would be $259 just to diagnose. I decided to check out the issue using the Internet and see if it could get more info. I did find info on testing and used it. I found that the compasitor went out. I found this website that you can order parts from. I sent in the information on my unit and compositor info. I recieved an email back saying they needed more info. I took a picture and sent it in. I was told they don't have the part but will call the manufacture to see if it still available or the part number for the replacement. They found the part but now had to set up an account with the manufacture. Wow! I order the part and it's been working great. Now that's great service, went out of there way and got me what I needed. Thank you.
