old coleman furnace closest match
old switch:83 open- 103 close. My furnace in cool down mode ran way too long, found the old switch was no good and the new one should keep the house a little warmer with the furnace running less. havn't tested yet but should work fine.

Q: Is this switch used for the cool down cycle on a gas furnace? My Coleman 7956-856 a/c- furnace heats well, but the fan runs too long after burner shuts down and blows cold air long enough to bring the temp back down that when the fan stops, 30 seconds-1 minute the burner lights up again, also, on a sunny day it will get warm and just the fan will run, ( i live in a mobilehome, metal roof, not insulated very well ). With limit switch at 90degrees open and 110degrees close, it does make sense, but now it's closing below 110 degrees, bad switch?
