A semi rigid and lightweight non-insulated air duct, Triple Lock (T/L) is manufactured by using a dead soft aluminum strip which is spirally wound and mechanically joined together forming an air tight and leakproof triple lock seam. A self supporting and corrosive resistant ULC-S110 and UL181 Class 1 product is produced which provides excellent strength and flexibility, adaptable to any low to high pressure heating, ventilation and air conditioning system.

Used for a different application
I used this product to design exhaust headers to build for my hot rod. They worked great for establishing the route for 4 equal length tubes on each side and prevented wasting valuable stainless exhaust tubing.

Perfect fit
The hose was the perfect inner diameter, perfect length for connecting my blower to the forge. Being able to buy just the length I needed was much more convienient and a great cost savings.

Needed this for a Fireplace heater
Everywhere I looked via Fireplace/Woodstove companies, all over charging for this simple 2" flexible aluminum hose up to $30, Supply house had it under $10/$12 I think included shipping, just what I needed. It attaches to a blower then to a manifold to these welded tubes that get heated in my fireplace wood fire then allowing air to push the heat into my house adding 60k BTUs. From an open fireplace which is known to have low efficiency otherwise, I found the heater in a thrift store but was missing the connector tube. Very happy!
