I would have given 4.5 if that was available.
This was part of a chimney liner install. It worked great.
It did take quite a while to arrive even though SupplyHouse.com showed it was in stock at the time of my purchase. It ended up being backordered. I called twice to see if we could receive it from another location. The staff did there best to help us get it sooner and shortly thereafter, it arrived. We were happy to get it at all as it was hard to find.
The soft metal had a little bit of damage on one end because it wasn't packed the greatest but thankfully that did not negatively affect the install.
Overall, we are glad that SupplyHouse.com is available to help us get parts, especially the hard-to-find ones.
