I ordered this case assembly but when it arrived it was laying in the shipping box by itself without any thing else. No gasket or paperwork. I called to have just the gasket sent out and asked for overnight shipping. I was told that I had two day shipping originally and thats the way this would come. In two days a complete assembly arrived with the gasket in a parts box. It would have been cheeper for you just to send the gasket overnight then what you sent. You were closed over the weekend so in total it took several days to get the gasket and I was without my pump for that time.

supply house comes through again!
17 year old Zoeller septic pump was working on and off for quite some time. Supply house contacted Zoeller and was able to get me the top case, switch, and float arm assembly. The pump now works like new and I was able to save $425 the cost of a new pump
