Works Great; Zoeller Should Be Clearer On Instructions
Works as described. Zoeller really should be clearer on their instructions. I needed to replace my old sump pump and there is a backup on top of it. Nowhere in their instructions does it say you need this part if you have a backup. Called Zoeller and they told me I needed to have this specific part but it was only available from them. Luckily SupplyHouse.com carried them and had 1 day shipping. Probably saved my house from costly water damage. Moral of the story, if you have a backup system on top of your main sump you will need this part that screws into the discharge thread on the main pump.
