High quality and simple install
Works great, i hope it lasts as long as the previous grinder pump (24 yrs). This grinder pump replaced a burned out pump and the control panel. I kept the alarm from the old panel and got rid of all of the old switches, relays and capacitors.

One time purchase, sump pump
A home unit this house must have. The original pump lasted 19 years. I was pleased to find the model I needed at your company and placing the order was an easy process although there was some confusion about the shipping and the availability days later. It ended up that I did receive the pump within a timely manner and your employees were quite efficient in assisting with that delivery.

zoeller grinder pump
had to replace previous pump that died after purchasing in late 2007... believe that might be the appropriate life expectancy.... was easier for plumber to re-install since all the lines and electric were already in place... pretty straightforward....
unfortunately, the first pump shipped arrived with a broken float. had to re-order, return for credit and wait for new one to arrive directly from manufacturer.... aside from inconvenience of waiting for pump to arrive, supplyhouse.com was awesome. they expedited shipping and did not charge me for second shipping expense. will definitely use them again... so nice when someone actually picks up the phone and is friendly... they're legit....
