    Q: if the check valve is put next to the pump how do you keep the fluid in the discharge line from freezing. I need to run up hill 6 feet and 20 feet in distance

    The check valve will not prevent freezing, the check valve protects the pump from operating longer than needed once the need for the unit to remove water had shut off. It will prevent the water from flowing back down into the unit you may need to look into a pipe heat tracing cable to resolve your issue

    Q: Will this pump handle tolet,sink,shower and washer with 20 foot head 1-12" Sch 40pvc?

    This pump is manufactured to discharge residential waste water applications. At 20 feet of head the pump can move 30 gallons per minute. We would recommend using a 1-1/4" discharge pipe on this unit which is how the unit comes from the factory, but you can use a larger pipe size.
