The Part I Needed.
Unfortunately, as often happens, a manufacturer changes the design of a product necessitating a part like this. Right or wrong it happens. My only thing is Zurn Wilkins didn't exactly say so when they told me the replacement water pressure regulator I needed. Either way, this part made it work and Supply House got it to me quickly when I couldn't find it anywhere within 100 miles of my house.

Quality brass adapter
One time use to replace older water pressure regulator. I had to file some of the threads because of poor packaging and handling. The lower two threads were smashed/bent during shipping by insufficient protection and mishandling by the carrier. I suggest more care be taken to protect those threads.
