I don't recommend this model to anyone
The first one of these heaters I bought was a 220 volt model and it heats great, but this one was a 120 volt model and I'm very disappointed with it. I put in under the counter for a lavatory. It hardly heats at all. it only raises the water 3 or 4 degrees even with a very tiny flow.

Not for me!
I did my research on 120 volt Marine Tankless water heater for my boat, the Eemax EX3012 came up. The information said "shower as long as you want to and never run out of hot water again". I contacted the manufacturer and discussed the product and in our discussions it was determined that the Eemax SP3012 has all of the same specifications except the Marine one was made of stainless steel for salt water environment. They said since my boat is located on a freshwater lake the SP3012 would work the same as the EX3012 and would be much cheaper. I ordered the product from PexSupply.com and received it very fast. The product came with a low flow .5gpm fitting, If you can take a shower with a fitting supplying .5gpm then this product is for you but if not don't buy it.PexSupply did credit me back the amount I paid except for the shipping charge.

I will buy this product again
This product is used in a commercial office building being used daily. I just had to replace one after nine years of daily service. I think that is great.
