            A:

In answer to your question "do it control heat and air condition" - in
short NO. This relay is to safely go through a start sequence to fire the
furnace and shut it down if the flame goes out for any reason. Your
thermostat should have a selector switch where you can select heat -off-
cool, select cool to turn the air conditioner on then set the desired
temperature with the thermostat. You may have to also turn on a master
power switch. For best advice call your local heating/air conditioner
            maintenance man.

            A:

Yes, this type of Oil-Burner / Air Conditioning Control includes the circutry to run Heat and A/C both. It prevents each system from running at the same time. You will also need a separate Relay to turn your Main, House Air Blower on when the Thermostat calls for A/C. The Blower Temperature Control on the Furnace Flu controls the Main Blower relative to the Heat. The Thermostat when set to A/C controls the Main Blower separate of the Heat.
