I Returned It
I'm a DIYer who requires a "Mounting for Dummies" pamphlet in the included instructions, but Rectorseal just left me to figure things out the best I could on my own. The instructions offered nothing about how to stabilize the weight bearing arms. So after attaching the top horizontal support bar to my roof ledge, and, being unable to figure out a way to achieve a safe install, I gave up, repacked it, and sent it back.
