Can not be used indoors
Most electrical codes will not allow this to be used indoors. However, most inspectors in my area will allow you to come through the outside wall with it as long as it is not exposed.
Use "backbone" cable for inside work, or else risk failing inspection or worse, electrocution by 220 volts.
(Buy Honeywell 14 AWG 4 P/N 1075 for inside work.

You not going to find better quality at this price point. You can buy cheaper stuff elsewhere but this wire has yet to fail us on more than 10 mini split installs and counting.

So far so good. I have used this wire to professionally install 4 Mitsubishi ductless retrofit systems and have had no issues with inspections. I don't think it would pass in new construction line set configuration where lines are ran in walls. Great product at a great price.
