Great customer service
This was a warranty replacement on a gas valve purchased several months earlier. The replacement valve was shipped quickly with no hassle on the return. A link to the prepaid return shipment UPS label was included on the order acknowledgement so retuning the defective original valve was easy as well. I'll work with Supply House again with this excellent customer service.

ECO fail
Just came home to notice an ECO fail indication on the thermostat. It failed already within a year. Water temp did not get over 190 degrees for this to happen. I keep the water temp on the arrow below the A. I will he calling to get a refund. This should not happen to a unit less than a year old.

Perfect r/r for the original part that kept going through coils! Had it in for about a month now and so far so good 🤞 guess only time will tell but it is definitely pricey part! Vs total replacement of the h20 heater 🤷♂️😉

Perfect part. Quick delivery
I ordered a hard to find valve and they had it in stock. It was also about $100 less than what the original manufacturer had it priced at. On top of that, they sent it two day mail in a well padded box. I'm a happy customer and I've already bought two more parts from them.
